Creating a US passport photo online is now the fastest and most reliable way to get a compliant photo. The US State Department requires a 2×2 inch (51×51mm) photo in color with a plain white background, head height 1 to 1-3/8 inches, and eyes positioned 1-1/8 to 1-3/8 inches from the bottom of the photo. Glasses are not permitted.
